Qualifying Small Enterprises

Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs) are small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have an annual *turnover ranging from R10-million to R50-million. QSEs must adhere to all five elements of B-BBEE, as specified in their respective industry codes.
